[PC Specs]Can i play without calling firefighters?
« Thread Started on Jul 19, 2012, 7:41pm »

Hi all!

This is my first time modding my GTA IV, and a visual mod no less, so i need someone savvy enought to tell me if ICEnchancer 2.1 will do well on my PC:

Win. 7: 32
4 GB ram
HD 6870 (single)

I already tried the 2.1 "standard version" (copy & paste without using the optional presets), and i get some slowdowns. Its possible to lower some settings that the mod is responsible for? Like FXAA, shaders, and etc? Or do i need the config. tools? I know its impossoble for me to run the game like in the trailer, but anything a bit better than vannila is okay in my book. :)

Thanks for the help.

yeah that is fine. don't worry about overheating... that won't happen. Maybe gpu gets a 2 or 3 °C hotter but that doesn't really matter.
