Intel Dual Core 2.8 Ghz
Gigabyte P31-ES3G
2Gb DDR 2 800 mhz Kingston 2Gb DDR 2 800 mhz GoodRam
512 Mb Nvidia Geforce 9600gt
500 Gb Seagate HDD

Gta IV with ice runs at 13-20 fps.

Mainboard: ASRock 870 Extreme3 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX4100 (overclocked at 4,2 GHz)
RAM: 2 x 4GB DDR3 1333MHz (8GB)
Graphics: PowerColor Radeon HD 6850 (1GB GDDR5)
HDD: 1TB SATAII HDD
Case: Cooler Master Elite 332

But: GTA IV Icehancer runs most time at 20 FPS (Day: 25-30FPS, at Night 10-20FPS) :'(

Mine's comparable to K2 (I made it for $400 three years ago, so can't complain):

Pentium Dual-Core E6300
4GB DDR2
Radeon 4850 512mb

I too get an average FPS in the high teens (1680x1050), though TBH that seems a little low...

Graphic Card: For now 5750HD 1GB GGDR5 - next weak upgrading to 7950HD or 7870HD (what would you recommend?)
