I think i use zippyshare. no DL Limit and always availible^^
but now it are 200MB parts.. so more files to download :/

Copy to GTA IV/pc/data/maps
Just overwrite the existing files that's all.

2.1 does work with 1.0.7.0. It just looks much better on 1.0.4.0 because of skylighting and SSAO not working with 1.0.7.0.

It "works" but very limited. red sky bug, no skylightning and ssao as i already said.

what download speedss are you guys gettings. Being an australian and dealing with a government that doesnt know ilovepoop. my speeds only go 4.34mbps(megabits for all those who dont know). urghh. if only i lived in like america or europe speeds could go faster. also legacyy can you reupload chacheboost to somehwere else because the link isnt work. ive tried nearly everyday for the past week

Reupped..
My download is about 5,5MB per second here in Germany. But that's one of the fastest connections you can get here. Most people have like 1,6MB per second or less.

I completely disagree with the stealing part, but I do like DKT's roads. I use them with Neophyte's textures, which are amazing. And the iCEnhancer guy you mentioned, is named iCE La GlacE, just in case you didn't know. 
+ Those downloads on that link you gave are all set to private or taken down.

I bought GTAIV and EFLC (and I, II, III, VC and S.A  ) on Steam, so I follow this thread and I made a downgrade from 1.0.7.0 to 1.0.4.0 like Legacyy says to can run icenhancer on gtaiv but now GFWL doesn't work and I can't join to multiplayer 
I don't see anything about multiplayer on the first post, so I supose if legacyy not say anything about multiplayer this is a unusual bug... if anybody can help me I'll be gratefull.
