I used 2.0 on 1.0.7.0 and I liked it. Then I tried it with 1.0.0.4 and I don't like it: it's too bright and blury and there are less intensive shadows. Maybe I did something wrong?
I copied all files from the folder 1030 to 1004 and problem is both with 2.0 and 2.0N. Version is 1.0.0.4 after clear installation.

After that, copy files from "Only if fresh install" and "Main files" into the main GTA IV root. Done. Do you mean blurry=DOF? Or motion blur?

Is there difference between 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.0.4 for iCEnhancer? From what I've read, 1.0.0.4 is 1.0.5.0 (aksine posted this a month ago) So yes, 1.0.4.0 is different (You want 1.0.4.0 if you're going to install iCEnhancer 2.0!!).

1.0.0.4 does not have new shadows and the name of the folder is 1.0.3.0 to 1.0.0.4 so I think it's clear.

Comparison between EFLC and 1.0.0.4 at the same place and time with the same weather. 1.0.0.4 EFLC Pardon, I said it's too blury, but it isn't.

Is there difference between 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.0.4 for iCEnhancer? 1.0.4.0 is the 4th Patch and 1.0.0.4 is the 5th Patch. Don't know why they named it like that. theface1.0.0.4 looks too bright. it's also the wrong Patch. best is 1.0.4.0 EFLC looks okay...

Finally, comparison: EFLC 1.0.4.0 with xliveless and 2.0N I think the problem solved, thank you. I also tried running 1.0.4.0 with 2.0 not N and it looked better, the same as EFLC. It may be getting upset that 2.0N was just time-waste.

I think it might just be the bloom from 2.0n, I remember icelaglace saying they made a mistake with the bloom in 2.0n, I had problems with brightness and changed my icebloom to a different version and the brightness looks right now.
