Use xliveless (Copy both xlive.dll & xlive_d.dll into the main GTA IV folder.) Are you using the steam/1.0.7.0 version?

"1. Download this "fonts.zip": Here2. Open the folder "X:\(...)\Steam\SteamApps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV\common\data" and copy the files "fonts.dat" and "fonts_r.dat" as a backup to any other folder. 3. Copy both files that are contained in the "fonts.zip" to the folder "X:\(...)\Steam\SteamApps\common\grand theft auto iv\GTAIV\common\data" and overwrite the existing ones. 4. That's it."

Can you please tell me your hardware specs?
Try closing all bg programs while running GTA IV. Lower everything except view & detail distance in the options menu.

It depends on the hardware. Many people have reported that Nvidia hardware is smoother than AMD. Try to get a decent CPU, preferably Intel, with high clock rate (+3.0 GHZ)

Make sure to close all background programs while running IV. Start GTA IV trough LaunchGTAIV.exe as admin.

It'll work good with the GTX 660 ti, just be sure to look out for the temperature. The only thing that bothers me is the CPU, GTA IV doesn't run that well with AMD CPUs and GPUs...

Hmm, sounds very weird. Which iCEnhancer version are you using? Try starting GTA IV as admin through LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Use xliveless, leave out mod enabler. Also, which GTA IV version are you using? You need to use 1.0.4.0 version for iCEnhancer to make full use of all effects.
