1.0.7.0 Sadly is a patch that must be avoided,except for multiplayer Definitely. It's the worst creation done by R*. It's only useful for multiplayer.

The three EFLC timecyc.dat files are different. The one in the base directory matches the one from GTA IV; if you copy that one over the two in the DLC folders, it should prevent the game from crashing. (EFLC timecyc.dat files don't play well with custom shaders that most ENB mods use, and you need those because otherwise the cut scenes are improperly rendered). However, it also means that you're stuck with the vanilla timecycle, which has graphical consequences (too much darkness, overbrightness) for ENB mods that rely on custom ones. I was able to minimize the problem by adjusting the adaptation values in enbseries.ini, but the better solution was to just make my own ENB, ha.
