I recently installed iCEnhancer 1.35 on GTA IV 1.0.70, and the result is that almost nothing loads into the game (such as walls, cars, etc.). I am able to load everything else such as the menus and load screens, and it does not crash. When I enter my game and I am able to move around, but as I mentioned, almost no game items load. This means no walls, no random wall posters in room, and just essentially nothing loads. Here is my computer specifications: Intel 2410M 2.2GHz w/ Intel HD Graphics 3000 NVIDIA GTX 540M 640GB HDD 8GB RAM 1366x768 Screen Resolution Before the installation of iCEnhancer, I was able to play the game on generally medium-high settings. Previously, when at the Graphics Options screen, I would have something like 1GB of VRAM. After the installation it only shows that I have 59MB available. My own guess is that it might be trying to use my CPU as the graphics card (my CPU does have some form of its own "GPU", and it sucks). I look forward to some help, and thank you SO MUCH in advance for your help! Here are some images of my issues (sorry for the huge size):

Create a new text file and name it commandline.txt Then write these things in it. Exactly like I type them here: -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -percentvidmem 100 Save it and put that file in your GTA IV directory. Be careful. Put your settings to low or medium.

I was reading your previous replies, and I tried that for my own game, but it didn't work. Any other suggestions? And thanks EDIT: Do I include the dash (-) in the command line file? EDIT2: In case I can't figure this out, does any one have the original files before I overwrited them the iCEnhancer files? I was dumb and didn't back them up.

I think it could be the optimus problem. Try finding a way to disable the intel GPU in your laptops' bios.

It's the optimus problem(It's using the Intel Gpu-59 mb VRAM ), ,There's no solution as of now if your not able to disable optimus in the bios

I was hoping that because I am unable to disable Optimus, someone could give me the files that I overwrited when I "installed" iCEnhancer (the original GTA4 files).
I was dumb and thought everything would work, so I didnt bother backing them up.

I am having this issue as well. I rolled GTA IV back to 1.0.4.0 and installed the Aru scripthook, .net scripthook and the filelist.pak as instructed. The commandline.txt fix only made things worse, the game is now stuck in the lowest resolution setting. After about a minute of gameplay I get the FATAL ERROR out of video memory. Which is bonkers, I have 4gb physical RAM, a GTX 560 with 2GB onboard, and another 4gb virtual memory!
System specs: AMD Penom II X4 955 GTX 560 2GB 4GB 1600mhz RAM
Previously this setup chewed up and spat out GTA IV, which is why I was interested in the graphics enhancements, however now it runs worse than ever!
