So basically I am very impressed with the mod thus far I do not even remember how the basic GTA looks because I just bought GTA and installed the mod right off the bat but it looks flawless, except when I die and it is night time I have the picture here tinypic.com/r/2s6oojs/6 of what it looks like. I installed the less saturation presets as well as the other two FXAA and cross-processing, any suggestions or help? Thank you.

Where did you buy GTA from ? Retail or Steam? ,If steam use the 1.0.7.0/EFLC version of 2.1 ,otherwise if retail patch to 1.0.4.0 and use 1.0.4.0 version of 2.1

I REALLY appreciate the quick post I got did get it on steam and I had 10.4.0 so thank you was not sure what one to install and I got it thank you a lot! What do you recommend for the optional stuff the three shader options I have a 2gb gddr5 evga gtx 670 with an i7 3930k running at 3.5ghz. I also am looking why would someone downgrade to the lower version as a steam user is it better graphics or what? With my 670 will I notice a difference when downgrading because I was looking at guides, it does not seem complicated I am just wondering what are the benefits.

IV runs best on 1.0.4.0. No sky bug, Skylighting works and it just looks better overall. You should downgrade if you can.

If you downgrade your game u'll get SSAO effect and skylighting effect (fake ambient occlusion) but you lose multiplayer, shadows quality and some bugs corrections and optimization.
Ps. Im ussing 1.0.4 too (for single player) and looks oversaturated too , on this thing i prefer ice 2.0 more natural in my opinion

if you are on steam then you have 1.0.7.0. shadows are better in 1040 with Ice 2.1 and leec said the rest ;D
if it is too saturated open icehader.fx and lower the saturation value -> done.

I dont want to lose multiplayer because I will eventually play that with my friends so yeah..I will most likely stick with the 1.0.7.0

on 1.0.4.0 it looks like "modern" soft shadows. In real life you don't really see that sharp cut edges, or do you?

On a sunny day the edges are more sharp and clear cut, but a slightly cloudy day the shadows are softer.

At extrasunny the shadows are really sharpen, and more at over short distances as in the screen I posted, then at long distance shadows are more blurred. But legacyy, you always can decrease to medium quality if you prefer that "modern soft" shadows and you'll get an awesome performance
