Hey man, I fixed it Spent an hour trying all sorts of crap and finally got it. Go to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ on your computer and delete the "Rockstar Games" folder. That's all you have to do. It should work. Let me know.

I just wiped my old save and started over and that worked... Now I'm back to square one with the lighting issue (the whole reason I changed from 1.0.7.0 in the first place). Seems that now on top of the lighting issue I also have reduced quality in quality (mainly in the reflections) and the colours are intense. Currently I'm playing with saturation.

Let's go back to this. Change your displaywidth= and displayheight= to your monitor settings aka 1920 x 1080. Then play the game and tell me how it looks.

I thought that "ForceDisplaySize=false" meant it didn't matter what the resolution was set to. Been modding in cars as I go since the game is now stable. Seems I have the taxi fix working. Reflections are looking nice now. I can't quite put my finger on it but I'm sure the 1.0.7.0 version was nicer... maybe... I think. Not 100% sure now. Well they look nice on a black Dodge Ram. I'll have to try some different cars and colours.
Next issue the darkness inside buildings.

Well the enb lightens it up but the motion blur is a killer. I did a couple of comparison shots with enb (below). The motion blur is a killer. Think I'll stick to without enb (previous post) and just have to tweak light settings manually.

Is Night time supposed to be this dark? Its making missions really hard. Daytime looks amazing as above but I get lost in buildings and alleys due to not being able to see. Alleyway Street
