The first one I have is that every few seconds my game jitters. for Instance when I am driving around and my game just stops and starts and it happens every 5 seconds or so. The second one is that while I was playing, my screen would start flickering grey in some parts of Liberty City which makes it simply impossible to see. I've reinstalled the mod a couple of times and I'm still getting this. Has anyone else seen this problem or is it just me? Also is there anything I can do to prevent them?

I got the same issue with the stuttering I haven't driven long enough to see the flickering however. Reminds me of when there's bad crossfire/SLI scaling in a game. My FPS are already low (barely over 20). They were better with all previous versions of the mod and I have a better GFX card nowadays to boot. I wonder if it has anything to do with it being the 1.0.7.0/elfc version. Ice did mention in the readme that for this version it is only a BETA but I was hoping for at least a bit better performance from the get go from what was mentioned during development/testing. That said, the effects are amazing!!! Even for a watered down build thats lacking all the stuff from 1.0.4.0. So good job with that! Im just wondering if there's anything I did wrong or could do to fix this issue or just overall performance.
Im willing to help out with testing to try and root out the issue if others are having it. Also hopefully we can get some input for those who tested 2.0 with 1.0.7.0/elfc. For reference Im using: Phenom II 940 @3.4 XFX 2GB 6950 6GB RAM

To fix the 5 seconds jitter prob ,Go to iceconfig.ini and under [GLOBAL] ,change CyclicConfigReading=true to CyclicConfigReading=false
