Ultra Car Wash City?

Hey there guys,
i have a little problem.
Im using iCEnhancer 2.0 standart with my standart 1.0.4.0 GTA IV
and as i can see i did nothing wrong during the installement of this mod.
I did a clean install of GTA and copied over the files, after patching to 1.0.4.0...

It tourns out that at a lot of places (near banks or in parks a lot) there are Car wash-stations where they shouldnt be. In one park i saw over 20 of them and thats pretty annoying if they block your path. But the worst thing is, it seems that some scripts are not working or i dont know what, but i cant use medikits, i cant buy hotdogs because there are no sellers, i cant go bowling which is needed to accomplish one of the first missions and stuff like that....

Has anyone had expierence with these kind of bugs?
help would be greatly aprreciated

That's an extremely weird bug,Can you show some pictures?

Im not sure why this happens...
1. it could be a corrupt 1.0.4.0 patch (Downlaoded from a legit site)
2. it could be a corrupt GTA IV installation (I installed 6 times fresh)
3. it could be some error/bug of the mod (I dont know if this is possible)

i dont have an steam version or something like that. I own the game as a legit retail-version of GTA IV with 2 Dvd´s

I head of that before... could be a wrong xlive.dll or scripthook file.

what can i do worng with an Xlive.dll?
I mean i put it into my GTA IV folder and thats it.
I will try to get another one...

i think there are some different version of it. just try another one.

Just downloaded an old Xlive.dll for 1.0.4.0 and it still stays the same.
It looks like i will have to do a clean install for the 7th time and then look for these bugs:
1.before ive patched
2. after ive patched
3. after i have moded the game

Oh yeah and what i can say is, that there where the medikit normally should be theres just a purple box which disappears when i touch it woithout filling up my health bar :-(

So i thought that some object arent correctly recognized by the game itself --> which means it doesnt have to be a bug of the iCEnhancer,
am i right?

Alright it seems like ive got it repaired...
I cant really prove what it was but im pretty sure it was a complete
corrupt save game file. After all those steps i started a new game and it works now like it should. Strange bug thou ^^
