With this H77 you can set the Multiplier from the CPU a few steps higher, but it is limited to 4 or 5. doesn't get higher that that.
For no limitations you need a Motherboard with "Z77" instead of "H77". But they cost some more.

Well, 3,3GHZ = 33x100MHz (33 is the "Multiplier) with the H77 board you can set it tp 37x maximum, so that would be 3,7GHZ total. With the Z77 you can freely choose the multiplier. 40x or 45x... whatever your CPU can handle.
For a CPU ending with "K" like the 2500K i recommend to use a Z Board. (ASRock Z77 Pro3 about 90€) Otherwise another CPU will also do it. (like the Intel Core i5-3450 about 175€)

Thanks for all the help mate ;D got it today and it was overclocked to 3.8 and my gpu got a 30% boost also. the lad in the shop done it for me and hell it is fast towards my other setup. Just can't wait for the new mod now And like always more karma for u

What is the max value of a Multiplier on a GIGABYTE P67A-D3-B3?

on a P67 Board? Maximum is about 60 or sth like that. But CPU will never reach that with Air Cooling, 45 is good for Sandy Bridge CPU's.

24 fps with everything maxed except draw distance which is on 50.
Plus i use loads of mods....
And god ice mod looks amazing....
