Hi.
I tried both patches and always crash. I open the GTA IV launch and the first screen (the copyright of Rockstar 2008-2009) tells me that the application has stopped working.
My laptop has a i7 with 8GB of RAM and nVidia graphics is a GTX 570M. I also have enabled MSI afterburner to improve the speed of the graph.
Greetings.

Lol, I turned off the MSI Afterburner and it worked. But without overclocking the game is very slow...
I can't run the game without MSI Aft.?

Overlays make the DLL to crash. Use another stuff to overclock your GPU, but I don't recommend it. GTA4 is mostly CPU dependant. A good CPU > GPU for this game. If you run on a laptop, the CPU is kinda... slow in-game. I did try on a I7 laptop , you know that Asus G74SX, ran well, but 20/30 fps max.

Mohko Xfire, Riviatuner and MSI Afterburner ect. can cause to problems with GTA IV + iCEnhancer. I don't know anything about a fix or something for that. Don't use such problems with GTA IV + iCEnhancer...
