No Problem ^^, yes fresh installed, 1.0.4.0 and original 2.0 not modified, but in therms your right, with my three (sold) GTX 480 there hasn't been any problem, or not such a heavy one and it isnt ICEnhancer fault, the problem also exsits when the game is not modified by the way, all seetings are maxed. I'm sorry for my bad spelling, it been a while

Try the Mid-End iceconfig.ini from the "4.Only if it's lagging too much" folder. It worked for me.

Hate to tell you but your 2 thousand euro video card setup, if you indeed have it wont work here. Try disabling crossfire X as GTAIV is not designed to run with it or with SLI. I used to have dual 5770s and disabling crossfire actually gave me better performance in this title (vanilla or modded). A single card is the only way to go. A 7970 is hands down the fastest single GPU video card in the market Im shocked that you're getting worse performance than a system like mine with only a 6950 what kind of FPS are you getting? If you can't run the mod properly either something went wrong with the installation or your system isn't set up properly...your specs are overkill unless you're trolling...

Uhh.... How about creating a text file named commandline.txt and including this in it:
-noprecache
Save it and put it in your GTA IV root folder.

Virux solved it, the problem was Crossfire so taiso0019 is also right. i had to disalbe Crossfire completly, so i used my PCIE Switches on the Mainboard, so i started the game with one Card an there hasent been anyproblem, i started too wonder and started turining on more and more cards, 2 Cards are also ok. with three cards it startes to lag and four cards are the lag, but i was wondering why i had so disable them with the switches so after i had done this, i tryed using the disalbe option in the driver and suddenly it worked then, so no i can use all four cards online without crossfire, it works for me now, thank you all for the help ! *solved/closed*
