I have a HD6950, and I'm getting unusually poor performance with iCEnhancer 2.0. I tried everything to increase performance, including lowering graphics settings in the in-game menu and using the mid-end configuration provided. However, my frame rate remains below 30 at all times, only hitting 25 when I look at the ground.
If anyone can provide me with a solution, it is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm on a freshly installed copy of 1.0.4.0.

Right, sorry.
I have an i5-2300 and 4gb RAM.
My friend built this rig for me and I know next to nothing about computer hardware, so I apologize for any ignorance on my part in advance.

Use low-end configuration. Reduce your resolution. I never play higher than 1280x720.

Copying straight off from dxdiag, it says i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHZ (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHZ.
Thanks for the reply ice, I'll try that out.

It's definitely more playable now, occasionally hitting above 30fps, but mostly sticking around 20 fps. It hits 75fps in interiors. Playing at 1440x900 btw.

Hi, have same problem :S
im playing at 1920x1080
with:
6950 2gb q9550 @ 3,77Ghz 4gb 1150Mhz ram
Fresh install 1.0.4.0 (i have steam version, so i downgrade from 1.0.7.0...)
If i go outside, im have 10-15 fps.
I have beter performance, with 1.35. And befor 2.0 was released, i read, the new version run better.
update: i try with low-end ini file at 1280x720, and my fps don't increse too much. (10-15 max 20, but not higher than 20...)

This makes no sense guys. I play on 1920x1080 resolution. My graphic card is GTX 260, a little bit overclocked only (Bought that way). AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor 3.0GHz. Which was a really cheap quad core processor. And I got only 2GB of DDR3 RAM. And used to lag with every enb settings, even with older Icenhancers, but now with Icenhancer 2.0 I have no lag at all, only sometimes when I drive really fast in a straight line I get a 0.5 sec stutter, but that barely happens, so most of the time I have no lag at all, and my system sucks...

Wow, I thought my CPU was bottlenecking my system. That doesn't sound right at all. :/ Does it have anything to do with the in-game settings?

Well if you run everything on Low and dont tuch the control panel thats a usual thing. Nothing special. Also, everyone feels different about a smooth picture. And honestly i seriously know for sure that its NOT running well on such a system with such a poor gfx card. NEVER! At least never with high Photorealistikc settings. Modmate
