ENB AA really does look alot better than SMAA or FXAA even though the performance takes a dip.
But when trying it with Ice 2.0 it doesnt seem right.
What I tried: -made sure not to use the included FXAA or SMAA -set ForceAntialiasing=true -set my resolution in the config -deleted option.txt
When the game starts up the resolution is doubled so it seems to have worked but ingame the framerate is terrible (like 12fps) compared to other ENB's ive tried with AA enabled which runs heaps better and I get about 30-35fps with my gtx590.
Is there anything else required?

U know that GTA IV have Problems with dual GPUs? Try google and yeah it's not easy to get a better GPU if u have already the best But its a good question and I want to know it too. PS: I have ingame with FXAA and via NVidia Driver 16xQCSAA (dont know if it works, but I dont think so) in the City 32 FPS (without Fraps +5fps more)

Other ENB like you said sir don't even have SSAO & sky lighting enabled, Just play on 1080p or something like that + FXAA. NaidRaida actually did comparisons between SSAA / FXAA. Good FXAA gives the same result.
